T-BOB Standard conforms to ISO 1724, SABS 1327, 12N7 Wiring Standards
T-BOB is a handheld, all in one, trailer and tow vehicle, tail-light-test-device.
It is especially designed to be used with trailer tail light configurations which conforms to the ISO 1724, 7 pole 12Volt and SABS 1327, 7 Pole 12 Volt and TYPE 12N7 standards.
It provides the ability to break open each individual tail light circuit.
It allows mechanical access to the tail light circuits by multi-meters and other test equipment.
T-BOB Tow Vehicle side is powered directly from the Tow Vehicle tail light circuits.
T-BOB Trailer tail light functions are either controlled by patch functions from the Tow Vehicle or could be individually controlled by providing power for the Trailer tail lights from an external battery source. (the cable is included).

Tow Vehicle testing is separate from Trailer testing
The improper use of T-BOB could cause damage to this device, Trailer tail light wiring or Tow Vehicle tail light wiring or cicuitry. Unless you are proficient with electrical circuitry you should not attempt to use T-BOB. Damage to circuitry generally occurs when 12V circuits are forced to EARTH/GROUND. T-BOB assumes no liability for damages either direct or consequential, when T-BOB is used.
